What we store
Your name, email, phone, the homes you list or save, your messages, offers, bookings, and any documents you upload.
Who sees it
The owner of a home you contact sees your message, offer or application. Documents are only visible to you unless you choose to share them with that owner.
Payments
Card numbers are not stored on this portal. We keep the amount, the reference, and the last four digits for your receipt.
How long we keep it
While your account is open, and for up to six years afterwards where the law requires records of payments.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it by contacting us.
