Transfer of Equity
A transfer of equity allows for the addition or removal of a person's name from the legal title of a property. Whether you're adding a partner, removing an ex-partner, or changing ownership shares, our experienced Solicitors ensure the process is handled smoothly, legally and efficiently.
When is a transfer of equity needed?
Common scenarios include marriage, civil partnership, separation, divorce, inheritance, or gifting part or all of your share in a property.
